Meet the LFP Team

Founder and President of LOTUS Financial Partners, Lucila Williams is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with over a decade of experience.  Lucila’s personal experience has made her passionate about working with women, couples and small business owners.

Growing up with a widowed, incredibly resourceful mother, Lucila truly understands the challenges single, widowed, and divorced women face in today’s world.  Lucila finds joy in helping her clients build financial plans that provide suitable strategies and are designed for the future they envision.

Lucila has seen the negative impact that poor communication about finances can have on relationships.  She enjoys challenging couples to improve both their financial lives and their communication skills surrounding money.

Lucila has been a small business owner for most of her working life.  She is incredibly passionate about helping small business owners step away from the day-to-day operations and look at the long-term financial picture.  Lucila knows the challenges small business owners face and loves to help them translate all that hard work in pursuit of true financial freedom.

Jennifer Hilts considers her clients to be family.  She possesses a rare trait in cultivating her relationships with new clients so the minute they walk into her peaceful office setting, they feel like they’ve known her for years.  Her clients truly feel the passion she has to ensure they are taken care of, as she would take care of her own family.  It’s a different experience to sit in this advisor’s calm and relaxing atmosphere where her clients speak freely and enjoy exploring what is truly important to them.  She loves meticulously crafting out the plans for their future achievements.  She is one unique advisor that is grateful to be able to bring a sense of peace and comfort to her clients’ lives.

Since 2007, Jennifer has been working with a variety of clients; from individuals, families, and business owners, to federal employees and members of the Colorado National Guard. Those in federal service hold a special place in her heart.  She sees the difference it has made in their lives to have a local friendly face that will sit down and offer guidance on their federal benefits.  These folks have crucial financial decisions to make that will span their lifetime and impact their legacy.  Jennifer appreciates the service and dedication of these groups and has enjoyed the privilege of working with them over the years.
